Ambient Visions is an SOAC alter ego for experimental synthesised works from film soundtracks and atmospheric passages. Volume I was released courtesy of "Simple Box Construction" with cedar wood construct insert & postcard set of 88 copies for a 5 track series of electro interludes from SOAC live performances 2004 – 2007.

Progressive Experimental Ambience Research League (P.E.A.R.L) is an experimental side project correlated by Nick Hannon and Joe Goatham with artwork covered by Ben Brown and Seldon Hunt. The quartet's first experiment conducted in 2004 involved tape manipulation of the Tangerine Dream album "Alpha Centauri".

In 2006 P.E.A.R.L collaborated with Mike Moya, ("GY!BE" / "HRSTA") in a study entitled "P.E.A.R.L II: The Hrsta Experiment". The project initiated the 1969 "I Am Sitting In A Room" experiment on the Hrsta album "L'éclat du ciel était insoutenable". The fascinating results were presented in a 7 page report with hand crafted CD cardboard sleeve. 12 copies were produced.

P.E.A.R.L III was a full album to be played in synergy with "Sings Reign Rebuilder" by "Set Fire to Flames". A 1000 analogue sample, 73 minute experimental re-imagining was presented to Mike Moya & David Bryant (GY!BE) in winter 2008. 33 packages with four postcards, tracing paper sleeve in a hand crafted CD slipcase and 20 page report were printed.
